Moulding
The precision of micro moulding, imprinting or electroforming is mainly determined by the precision used during manufacturing of the mould. We offer mould fabrication technology in silicon or in metals. The moulds feature high aspect ratio structures with smooth side walls and a designed tapering. If necessary, the moulds can have a coating against wear or stiction. For special moulding or electroforming processes, a metallization layer can be applied onto the mould with custom pattern.
